Cost for sponsoring each trophy should reflect the actual cost of the trophy as closely as possible.

It is the Trophy Chair’s responsibility to ensure that all Trophy donations are collected prior to the show date.  It is recommended that the Trophy chair provide written receipts when a donation is paid to avoid confusion.

Inform the treasurer when and to whom he needs to send a check for the trophies.  Be sure to double check with the treasurer that this has been done.

It is the responsibility of the Trophy Chair to receive the trophies and verify that all have been received and are in good condition.  The Trophy Chair must ensure the trophies arrive at the show site on the day of the show and are set up at the Trophy table and/or the Ring Stewards’ tables for the appropriate rings.

Donation funds may be sent or given to the treasurer as they are received.  As soon as possible following the show, a Trophy Accounting Report must be sent to the treasurer along with all remaining funds collected. See enclosed sample.
