Hi my name is Teddy, I am an 8 yr old tri male, I am neutered and all up to date on my shots.
I just had my teeth cleaned and am one handsome guy!
I like to play soccer, and am good with kids, ages 8 and up. I am OK with visiting younger kids, but don’t want to live with them full time.
I am housebroken and like to go for a walk to do my business. I do not lift my leg, I squat like a female. I have graduated from my obedience course and would love to find a new home before Christmas, so Santa will know where to leave my presents.

Mack is 12 and Lilly is 8 yrs young. They are a great little pair.

Both are housebroken and up to date on all shots. Their owner passed away a year ago and she was kind enough to leave money for their care.

The person took the money and did not take care of these two- both were turned over to the CT Humane Society in very bad condition.

Thankfully, the wonderful workers at the humane society cleaned them up and made sure they received their needed shots and have been giving them oodles of attention. Lilly had to be shaved because her coat was so matted, there was no saving it. Luckily Shelties re grow their lovely coats quickly.

They are now in a home with us and are very happy! They are very much a couple and we are looking for a home without young children, who would like to share their home with these two.

They are looking for a quieter home with a fenced in yard, and someone who will love them both. Achi (average size Blue Merle) spayed female. I am 6 years of age. Zippy and I came to rescue together. After our foster Mom observed us for awhile she decided we each needed special people of our own. Zippy already found her home.
We have wonderful house manners walk nicely on leash; we really don’t have any bad vices.
We ended up in rescue because our owner moved to Colorado and he said we couldn’t come. We are up to date on vaccinations and ready to go!! Oh, By the way we are both on weight watchers.

I was abandoned by my owners because of my small skin issue. I have what is called Sheltie skin syndrome, a very mild case, it is not catchy.
I would prefer older kids as little ones scare me because
I am so tiny. I need a secure fenced in yard as I will run if scared. I
would also be fine on a leash; my favorite thing to do is be carried,

Hi my name is Winston, I am an 8 yr old sable and white male. I am a sweet, loving guy who was not taken good care of in my previous home.
I am overweight due to a thyroid condition. My foster mom has given me the best possible chance to a full and happy life. I am currently clean and started on my thyroid pills, which are working beautifully. My skin is healing up and I am once again getting the sparkle back in my eyes. I am dieting, and will soon be neutered and available for adoption.
I had an eye injury when I was younger so I only have minimal sight in that eye, but that's why we have two!
My favorite thing to do is to sit by my foster mom and offer her my paw in hopes she will continue to pet me and love me.
I am looking for a special home, with someone who will continue to give me my thyroid pills on a regular basis ( cost is minimal) and measure my intake of good quality food, and just take good care of me and give me lots of love. Do you think you could love me with my little handicaps?

Hi, I am Zippy, an 11 1/2 inch, 5 year old spayed female. I am small but mighty full of love. I lived with Achi for most of my life. Our owners moved and could not take us with them. Rescue was going to place us together but after observing us decided we both need special people of our own. We have wonderful house manners and really no vices. We are both on weight watchers!!

Hi my name is Toby, I am a 9 yr old (who thinks he is about 3yrs old) I am an active guy and I'm an absolute love. I know how to sit, down, give paw, speak and roll over for a cookie! I am very strong, so I have been being taught not to pull my foster mom around. I now walk like a gentleman and wait at each step.
My foster mom was told I did not like kitties, which is true- I will chase them outside, but in the house, I have been respectful of mom's kitties.
I am wonderful with the grandkids, but am a bit big and sometimes knock down the little one yr old- but I make sure to kiss her face so she knows it was just an accident.
My foster mom thinks my perfect home would be with a family who has a fenced in yard, no kitties, and no toddlers.
I really love to play out in the yard and go for long hikes. I also like to sleep near you. I know I am probably not a full Sheltie, but my mom says I am still a great dog!

adopted from NESR and when their 17 yr old rescue "Christmas" passed
